1. Software License

When you purchase AI Roundtable, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices. Each license key is valid for one user.

2. What You Get

AI Roundtable is desktop AI assistant software that lets users compare responses from multiple AI models locally on their own computer. You provide your own API keys and connect to the AI providers of your choice.

3. What We Don't Provide

• We do not resell or share API access
• We do not provide shared accounts
• We do not sell API keys
• We do not host or proxy your AI conversations

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from supported providers. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any API provider you connect to through the software.

5. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party AI providers.
